Q How can I pay? What kind of payment method do you accept?

You can use Paypal to pay for your order. 
 (We do not accept VISA, MASTERCARD at this moment.)

Q Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Customs policies may vary from country to country. Non commercial use or for personal usage of the products normally is exemption from custom duty.

Q How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Shipping time varies with different countries, usually the delivery time is within 5-14 working days (Mon-Fri) in normal cases. 

Q Can I return the items?

It is suggested to use a shipping method with tracking no., and it is the responsibility of buyers until the items reach us.
